In 1993, William “Bill” Andrus founded Auto “Dent”ist, Inc. in Oregon City, Oregon. PDR was virtually unknown in the Pacific Northwest. Bill didn’t just introduce the craft — he educated an entire market on what it was and why it mattered.
He walked into dealerships cold. Showed them what he could do. Watched their jaws drop. Then built a reputation one perfect repair at a time.
